Lên-dêbênê Bî (/oˈhɘvɪ/ /dɘˈbɘnɘ/ [confident] [male]) is a subtropical Small Town located in the Ëradîvë Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Lên-dêbênê Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Lên-dêbênê Bî was founded by Kêbè Brtë, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Lên-dêbênê Bî has a yearly average temperature of 22°C (71°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 17°C (62°F). Overview

Lên-dêbênê Bî was founded durring the early 15th century in summer of the year 1409, by Kêbè Brtë. The establishment of Lên-dêbênê Bî was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Lên-dêbênê Bî's construction back out of the project. Kêbè Brtë pushed on reguardles, and Lên-dêbênê Bî was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Lên-dêbênê Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Lên-dêbênê Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Lên-dêbênê Bî is buildings are arranged within a network of crampt cobblestone streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a town of Lên-dêbênê Bî's size could have. Astonishigly, the well-designed, yet cheep are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.

A look around Lên-dêbênê Bî shows Lên-dêbênê Bî is little more than a wretched hive of scum and villainy. Birbes can be seen changing hands openly, such that it must be customary to do so and must have been for a long time. The locals have no fear, no annoyance at the state of things, it simply is.

Cultural Notes

Lên-dêbênê Bî's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is admittedly strange and non-linear style rooted in defiance of symmetrical shapes. It championed the creation of buildings with a unique visual appearance. the structural norms of classic buildings and deforms or moves away from elementary architectural principles. By including non-linear designs processed into its buildings and favoring fragmentation, this style expressed a form of controlled chaos. Its buildings appear out-of-the-ordinary, draw the eye in immediately and sometimes create a feeling of strangeness. These distorted shapes and structure are not reserved to the building’s outer facade, they destabilize interior elements too, favoring minimalism and play on people’s perceptions by injecting a futuristic touch.

The Snake, Cobra (Emperor) near Lên-dêbênê Bî are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.

Lên-dêbênê Bî's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves line dance to channel Truename Magic energies of tier 2 via singing.
